Garbralle Conroe is a consultant, speaker, and educator driven by a passion for helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. With a Master’s in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and advanced training in Professional and Community Development, Garbralle brings both clinical insight and practical strategy to every space she enters.
As an adjunct professor at Fresno State University, she blends academic expertise with real-world experience, offering transformative support through equity-focused consulting, motivational speaking, and goal-driven facilitation. Garbralle is known for her compassionate approach, practical tools, and unwavering commitment to creating positive, lasting change.
